All process-relevant, specialist topics can be illustrated in case studies, making them easier to grasp. Our process orientation is evident in our systemic approach. We work using roles, positions and cause-and-effect cycles, focussing less on the spoken word and more on participants’ personal experience with the topic, so that they experience it on the basis of their reactions.
