All process-relevant, specialist topics can be illustrated in case studies, making them easier to grasp. Our process orientation is evident in our systemic approach. We work using roles, positions and cause-and-effect cycles, focussing less on the spoken word and more on participants’ personal experience with the topic, so that they experience it on the basis of their reactions. When dealing with the topic of ‘burnout’, for example, participants observe their own bodies for burnout signals.
