Everyone’s body reacts differently to stress and every LEADERSHIP type requires a particular form of nutrition in order to attain stability. What we eat supports or stresses our body. In the team building through cooking workshop, you find out what LEADERSHIP type you are and what the appropriate form of nutrition is for you.
Team-building through cooking: the body’s perspective
The links between stress reactions, self-leadership and nutrition are impressively demonstrated from the body’s perspective. On this basis we classify every participant according to their leadership type and develop, produce and cook dishes together in this stress management cooking event (team building/ team development through cooking). In this way, an easily reproducible and diverse cuisine emerges. All the suggested dishes are designed to be conveniently recreated even in times of stress. To round off this development session, we share a feast.
