The large-scale process promotes company development and makes it possible to pick up on staff ideas to make them usable for the company. Developments are instigated, visualised and explained. We work according to the ‘worldwork’ principle and integrate all results. Worldwork facilitates the development process (change management process) to aim for positive, constructive results. During the process, you are made aware of factors that hinder development. Interim discussions and visualisation of results so far take place on the stage.
