‘Collaboration’ indicates that at least two parties are co-operating with each other. ‘Healthy’ stands for all the factors that protect the body, mind and soul, as well as reason, resources and environments. It is therefore not only people and animals, i.e. living beings, that can be ill or healthy, as systems, institutions, the environment, etc. can also get sick if the rules of healthy collaboration are not adhered to.
Factors for healthy collaboration include, for example:
- A good, relaxed atmosphere
- A functional, friendly and distanced relationship with employees, partners and bosses
- Burdens are managed rather than passed on
- Being able to smile at each other, even when the pressure’s on
- A supportive attitude towards others
- Keeping a clear head
- Fluid communication at all times
