Glossary

When we work on dealing with bullying, we don’t focus on the bullying that has taken place but on its immediate management. The change in the situation often appears to happen almost incidentally, because we don’t concentrate on the painful experience but on strengthening the physical charisma that has been affected by the bullying. The result is an immediate change in the dynamics of the bullying situation. The external impression projected by the bullied person no longer presents them (subconsciously) as a victim.
