Processes of change are always important at the point where habit has morphed into rigidity with negative effects. Change is necessary for a team when habit impedes progress or results in a dynamic that has a negative impact on individuals. A change process is due for managers if they have reached their professional limits in a way that has negative consequences for themselves and/or their colleagues. An individual is thrust into a change process if they have lost the joy, happiness and sparkle in their life due to the existing situation. Change processes don’t always take a very long time. What they require is knowledge of the correct trigger that initiates the process of change.
