An adventure is the best way to introduce change processes into teams. These change processes take place in a cheerful, exciting atmosphere. The trick is to design the adventure to be useful to the participants and thus to the company. But what is the ‘use’ of an adventure? A team adventure welds people together and reveals facets of colleagues that do not usually appear in everyday business life. It promotes strengths and synergies that, while they may be present, all too often lie fallow in the company. These unused synergies and potentials are a loss for the company if has no access to them. A team adventure opens up these unused resources and enables the team members to experience a bit more delight and enthusiasm in relation to their professional environment. That makes a difference and improves the way teams work together.
