Similar to systemic work with individuals, systemic organisation work addresses past history, in this case the history of the company. If disruptions occur, historical events in the company’s past are briefly addressed, making people currently active in the company aware of them.

Within these kind of work, people in responsible positions are made aware of the actions that inscribe themselves negatively in the company history and how these may be detoxified and thus turned into positives.
