Small group work - an intensive Experience
In the open LEADERSHIP Group, managers, entrepreneurs, owners and executives meet to work on personal challenges (professional as well as private) and to develop themselves further. In the groups, the participants support each other in dealing positively with their individual processes and at the same time learn from each other. In addition to theoretical-strategic group work, we also work on a physical level, as life topics always manifest themselves physically. Active body and process work supports signal extraction during a LEADERSHIP process. Body signals are physical phenomena that become more or less strongly visible in everyday life - depending on the current and long-term stress level - in connection with one's own process topic. It is a forgotten and special form of body language that goes far beyond conventional understanding. Through the growing awareness of which signals are related to one's own topic, the participants of the open LEADERSHIP groups gain more self-determination at the level of the mind and at the same time relieve their bodies. The open LEADERSHIP groups are also ideally suited to picking up systemic topics that take place in the participant's family or company. For this reason, children and young people of the family as well as colleagues can also take part in the event.Small group work for everyone
The open LEADERSHIP group is just as suitable for newcomers as for advanced learners, as everyone learns from everyone - regardless of their level of experience. The group takes place once a week - Wednesday or Friday. We will be happy to inform you about the weekly topic of the group by email. We look forward to hearing from you!Further information and contact
